Sharing, if you want it
Every entry starts as Only me. Invite someone you trust and they see the individual entries you marked as shared — never a whole area, never anything you kept to yourself. You can withdraw an invitation at any time.
Trusted people see everything in your hub except what you mark Only me — and never your private notes.
What it deliberately does not do
Info Hub cannot upload or store files, document scans or attachments of any kind. It holds notes and references: which documents exist and where they are, which bank and who to call.
It is not a calendar either. An entry can open Google Calendar with the details filled in, and you save it there — Celibrium never connects to your Google account and stores nothing from that form.
The numbers you read out on the phone belong here — a utility account, an insurance policy, a membership ID, the last four digits of a card.
Never a password, a PIN, a security answer, a full card or bank account number, or your Social Security number. This is a place to find things, not a vault.

Q&A
- What do I get free?
- Five life areas — Medical, Banking & Money, Home & Utilities, Vehicles & Transportation and Pets — plus Quick Contacts, the people you call first. No payment details and nothing to cancel. One condition, and only one: use it. If your Info Hub stays completely empty, it is removed after 14 days. Add one entry or Quick Contact and the 14-day deadline no longer applies.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. Info Hub works in a browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Fill it in at home where typing is easy, and it is on your phone when you are out. You can add it to your phone’s home screen so it opens like an app.
- If I invite someone, do they see everything?
- No. Sharing works entry by entry, never by area. A trusted person sees only the individual entries you marked as shared, and can add entries of their own — but cannot edit or remove what you added.
- Can I keep passwords or scans of documents?
- No, and it is not built for that. There is no file upload at all, and passwords, PINs and full card numbers do not belong here. Keep the reference: the name of the bank, the number to call, where the original document is.
- Can I delete everything?
- Any time, from account settings. Your account is deactivated immediately and everything is permanently erased after a fourteen-day recovery period, so a deletion made by mistake can still be undone.
